The Vision of the One Accord Community Church

WE ENVISION OUR CHURCH as a ministry to the world; where people are taught the Word of God, receive the gift of salvation, live by faith, develop, and become equipped for specific ministries to provide encouragement, healing, hope, restoration and deliverance from sin.
WE ENVISION OUR CHURCH as a body that ministers to the whole person naturally and spiritually; a place where true love is taught, understood and demonstrated on a daily basis.
WE ENVISION OUR CHURCH as a place where healthy, life-long relationships are developed, marriages are strengthened, families are bonded and singles fulfilled.
WE ENVISION OUR CHURCH as a place where each individual takes an active part in every service.
WE ENVISION OUR CHURCH as a place where Sunday Service, Intercessory Prayer and Bible Study are specifically designed for personal and corporate growth and development.
WE ENVISION OUR CHURCH as a multi-faceted organization that will promote entrepreneurship, education and financial independence. In addition to the 5,000-seat sanctuary, the organization will house a primary and secondary education facility, a childcare center, senior day center, family counseling center, temporary housing facility, multi-media center, career training center, bookstore, unisex clothing store, restaurant, real estate company and much more.
WE ENVISION OUR CHURCH as the Body of Christ that will bring people to Christ, promote and encourage spiritual growth, by developing them in Christ-like maturity; equipping them for the mission in the local church and their life’s mission in the world, by utilizing the Word of God and the expertise of QUALIFIED elders, missionaries, evangelists, ministers, pastoral care givers, teachers and other church administrative personnel.

Statement of Faith
We believe the Bible to be the inspired and only infallible written Word of God
We believe that there is One God, eternally existent in three Persons; God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
We believe in the Blessed Hope, which is the rapture of the Church of God, which is in Christ at His return.
We believe that the only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance, faith in the precious Blood of Jesus Christ and being baptized in water.
We believe that regeneration by the Holy Ghost is absolutely essential for personal salvation.
We believe that the redemptive work of Christ on the Cross provides healing for the human body in answer to believing in prayer.
We believe that the baptism in the Holy Ghost, according to Acts 2:4, is given to believers who ask for it.
We believe in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling, the Christian is enabled to live a Holy and separated life in this present world, Amen.
